Comfortable hotel with spotless rooms and polite staff. A lot of options, fresh food. Location near to the San Juan shopping mall, the shopping centre, and Next nearest restaurant. Outstanding service throughout the property.

Absolutely wretched experience. The kitchen cabinets were falling apart and the strange smell upon arrival was just charming. And naturally, i was hoping for some complimentary gift for all my troubles, but evidently, that's just too much to ask. I almost thought of leaving a glowing review, but just couldn't.
